With compliance-first creative and a weekly testing cadence
Ideal Image advertises in one of the most tightly regulated categories on paid social. We built a weekly creative cadence that cleared medical and platform rules before anything shipped.
What they were up against
Every ad had to clear medical aesthetics regulation and platform advertising policy before it could run.
Platform restrictions on health claims, body image and skin exposure ruled out most of the obvious creative.
An internal restructuring was pulling on communication, feedback loops and campaign launch schedules.
What we built
01
Production alternated between Laser Hair Removal and Botox®, with every piece through quality control review before it went live.
02
We wrote to health claim and body image restrictions from the start, and checked that click destinations met platform requirements for functionality and privacy.
03
Strategy was refined continuously against live performance data, and against policies that kept changing underneath it.
The finding
Face-centric ads outperformed ads featuring other body parts: 92% higher CTR, 47% higher thumb stop rates, 52% lower CPL. The same instinct held elsewhere. Native openers beat branded ones, and text treatments beat branded versions on both engagement and cost.
What it produced
51.1%
Lower cost per lead
Campaign creative provided by Ready Set, against the average CPL across other campaigns.
25%
Cost per acquisition improvement
Ready Set ad deliveries, against non-Ready Set deliveries.
The framework held as platform policies kept moving, which in this category matters as much as any single result.
